The Pueblo real estate market picked up around 17% more homes for sale in May at 598 currently available for sale in Pueblo County for sale, up from 561 available in April. The number of homes  sold in May increased to 262 homes from 246 sold in April but sales are still down 23.8% year to date from a year ago. The median sales price was up a little to $316,962 from April’s figure of $315,000.

As you can see from the graph above home prices have steadied from the frenzy in mid 2022.

Interest rates are still hovering around 6.5% with the Federal Reserve indicating that their next meeting they were going to leave the rate alone.
