December saw 10.8% less homes for sale than the previous month. Sales jumped from 152 homes sold in Pueblo in November to 192 homes sold in December. The median selling price remained relatively the same.
PUEBLO COUNTY REAL ESTATE MARKET TRENDS – NOVEMBER 2023
November’s numbers stayed relatively the same as in October. We did see a median selling price of Pueblo homes drop from October at $314,950 to November’s number at $305,450. Days on market increase as well as months of inventory slightly.
