As interest rates remain high the number of homes remain on the market in Pueblo County longer going from 81 days last month to 87 days in April.

We are also seeing a drop in the number of homes sold in April by 20% and year to date we are down 11.9%.

The median sales price also took a dip by almost 5% to the $305,723.

The number of homes for sale is also 15% higher than this time last year.
